Playing with 4 decks makes Lincoln Greens a very forgiving game. Unlike other versions of Golf Solitaire, you can make a few sloppy moves and still have a chance of winning.
Still, a good strategy will help you achieve victory more often. Here are a few tips to help you play with skill:
With so many columns, you’ll often have to choose between two or more cards to play. Always opt for the one that will uncover more cards you can send to the Foundation Pile.
You can only cycle through the Draw Pile once, so make every draw count. Only draw when you’re completely stuck.
Empty spaces in the Tableau can’t be used. Before clearing a column, try to play cards that will reveal other cards.
