Black Hole Golf Solitaire is an easier version of the game, but you still have to plan every move carefully.
Deal the Ace of Spades face-up in the middle of the playing area. This is your Foundation Pile.
Now, it’s time to deal out all 51 remaining cards.
In Black Hole Golf Solitaire, the Tableau consists of 17 piles with 3 cards each. The cards should only partially overlap the ones underneath them so every card’s rank is visible throughout the game.
The columns in the Tableau can be arranged in a circle around the Foundation Pile, side-by-side in a single row, or in two or three rows.
Every card in the Tableau is dealt face-up.
Your goal is to move every card to the Foundation Pile. You win when the Tableau is empty.
You can add any fully exposed card to the Foundation Pile if it is one rank above or below the top card in the pile.
For example, if the top card on the Foundation Pile is a 4, you can only add a 3 or a 5 on top of it.
Since the Foundation Pile always starts with an Ace of Spade, the first card you can add will either be a King or a 2.
Suits don’t matter in Black Hole Golf Solitaire.
You cannot move cards around in the Tableau.

Black Hole Golf Solitaire is a pretty simple game. Every card is there in the Tableau and all you have to do is move them to the Foundation Pile.
It’s not as easy as it seems, however. One wrong move and you’ll be stuck in no time.
There’s a bit of luck to this version of Golf Solitaire. Some deals can’t be solved, but most can. So, here are a few tips that will help you build the Foundation Pile and send every card to the Black Hole:
You’re always one move away from getting stuck, so play carefully. If you add a 5 to the Foundation Pile but there are no 4’s or 6’s available in the Tableau, it’s game over. So, think before playing a card.
Before playing a card, plan out your next two or three moves - maybe even four. It might seem overly careful, but that level of planning is the only way to win with any consistency.
When choosing between two cards of the same rank to move to the Foundation Pile, always play the one that has other cards underneath it. Clearing a column is satisfying, but it won’t open as many moves.
