Playing 2 Suits Spider Solitaire — Your Layout

Unlike the classic Solitaire game, 2 Suits Spider Solitaire uses two packs of cards with 104 cards in total. There are three difficulty levels of the game, and the 2 Suits variant is a medium difficulty one. The layout of the game is similar to Spider Solitaire, with only two main areas: The Tableau and The Stockpile.

  • 1.The Tableau

    The Tableau is the large area seen on the layout with 10 columns of 54 cards. The first four columns, from the left, have 6 cards in each column. The next 6 columns have 5 cards in each column. Only the last card in every column faces up. All other cards face downward, ready to be revealed with your strategic moves.

    The Stockpile holds a stack of 50 cards. While the Stockpile is mostly helpful in classic Solitaire, in the Spider varieties, it can become a necessary challenge. The game teaches you the essential life skill of self-restraint. Dip into the Stockpile only if it is absolutely necessary, as it can easily ruin any strategies you plan.
